the room was quite spacious and offered amazing views of the canal. i especially liked how clean the room was upon arrival. the hotel offered parking facilities. the breakfast buffet was extensive. it included numerous choices to satisfy different palates.

the gym was small, with limited equipment. it only had a few treadmills and weights, so it was sometimes crowded.

the hotel was clean i found. service was very immediate when i had requests. i stored my luggage after checkout and did more sightseeing that final day. the tourism desk was excellent, it booked trips. safari trip, we had a nice driver who was helpful and kind.

the air conditioning was problematic. the system did not work properly, my stuff became humid. towels felt old and not soft. the tea maker did not work properly.
